The Sr Executive - HR Ops Employee Services role at PepsiCo in Gurugram, Haryana, is a pivotal position within the People Experience & Operations team.   • Drive learning administration, including facilitation, tracking, and closure for targeted employee groups, alongside supporting engagement programs like Dil Se and Plant Days.
  • Lead the BU digitization agenda, optimizing tools like T&A for PCI/NPCI workforce, Schoox, and myServices workflows while identifying streamlining opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with central, state, and local regulations, including AIB audits, maintain confidential files, and collaborate on safety training and plant clearances.
  • Coordinate CoE interventions such as performance management processes (PMP), training sessions, surveys, and logistics for HR events, rewards, and townhalls.
  • Provide general admin support, participate in process improvements, govern HR documentation, and act as a bridge between BU PE&O and local teams for systems adoption.
