The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. As a Large Press Feeder, you will work in a collaborative environment to…

• Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output.

• Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator.

• Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently

• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.

• Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area. 

• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary.

• Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor.

• Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements. 

• Ability to flex to other areas as business needs arise.

About you:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.

• Print Production software knowledge preferred.

• Skilled in handling and operating machinery.

• Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

• Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets.

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
