Qualifications & Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. Law School and active admission to a State Bar.
• 10+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, focusing on software licensing for cloud-based providers and complex indirect sales.
• Proven success in closing deals involving data privacy and security documents.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, business judgment, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and embrace a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed legal team.
