Key Responsibilities at Rivian

As Sr. Lead Technical Collision Repair Manager, you'll drive the success of Rivian's collision repair ecosystem. Here's what you'll do daily:

• Recruit and develop a robust network of 3rd party collision centers to meet regional demands.
• Craft regional strategies ensuring adequate footprint and capacity for Rivian owners' repairs.
• Manage technical and operational needs for collision, fleet, and calibration centers.
• Execute deliverables including milestone reports, action items, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Handle customer escalations as the primary point of contact in your region.
• Lead quality initiatives and continuous improvement to hit all key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Certified Collision, Field Service, Network, and Engineering Teams.
• Enforce operational excellence and Rivian Certified Collision Network Standards at partner sites.
