Expect to analyze bulletins, statutes, regulations, and industry publications, assessing their impact on Symetra's products, procedures, and compliance frameworks. Stay ahead of new federal and state laws using online research tools, master insurance business operations, and provide operational advice on risks. At the senior level, you may train personnel, assign work to other analysts, and proactively suggest solutions that drive implementation.
