• Complying with all safety regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing equipment, including process, HVAC, purified water, and packaging systems.
• Locating and diagnosing failures, replacing defective components, and conducting basic troubleshooting with electronic tools, diagrams, manuals, and instructions.
• Maintaining detailed maintenance and repair logs while using hand, power, and test tools.
• Coordinating maintenance on critical systems with supervisors and performing multi-shift work as required.
• Assisting with root cause analysis, specification deviation investigations, and stepping in for junior technician duties.
• Responding to emergency notifications via phone and handling metrology calibrations for temperature, pressure, chart recorders, freezers, refrigerators, incubators, and HVAC.
• Creating or revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) for calibrations and operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience, OR AA/AS with 4 years, OR BA/BS with 2 years.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and robotics equipment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capacity to recognize deviations and perform effective troubleshooting.
