The Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales role in Tokyo, Japan, reports directly to the Director of Corporate Sales. You will manage an existing sales team in our Japan office, focusing on growth within the Corporate and Commercial segments (companies with under 2,500 employees). This team complements the success of our Enterprise and Mid-Market teams. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading Corporate Account Executives, building go-to-market (GTM) plans for our subscription-based Falcon platform, establishing sales best practices, overachieving quotas, and ensuring precise forecasting. We're looking for a leader with strong communication skills, passion for team development, proven soft selling skills, and expertise in leveraging sales tools like Salesforce.
