Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales role in Tokyo, Japan, reports directly to the Director of Corporate Sales. You will manage an existing sales team in our Japan office, focusing on growth within the Corporate and Commercial segments (companies with under 2,500 employees). This team complements the success of our Enterprise and Mid-Market teams. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading Corporate Account Executives, building go-to-market (GTM) plans for our subscription-based Falcon platform, establishing sales best practices, overachieving quotas, and ensuring precise forecasting. We're looking for a leader with strong communication skills, passion for team development, proven soft selling skills, and expertise in leveraging sales tools like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive the Corporate Sales team to be the top performer in the industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the team outsells competitors using our proven value selling model.
  • Building high-performing teams of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on net new logos.
  • Developing GTM plans to maximize CrowdStrike's growth in Japan.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to expand pipeline and boost close rates.
  • Being customer-facing, engaging with clients and partners directly.
  • Navigating CRM tools like Salesforce proficiently.
  • Innovating continuously to motivate the team and grow the Corporate/Commercial business.
