Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, VMware), plus solid Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift) and container knowledge. Familiarity with C/C++/Go, Linux user apps, and kernel modules is needed, alongside experience designing flexible automation testbeds mimicking customer cloud environments.
Demonstrate advanced product quality strategies, team-building prowess to attract/retain talent, and ability to lead distributed teams. Experience building/leading teams delivering automation frameworks and test suites.
Experience with eBPF for security/networking, cybersecurity landscape knowledge, Windows/Mac OS, hypervisors/virtualization, or starting teams from scratch adds significant value.
