Key Responsibilities

Financial Process Leadership

Adhere to strict monthly timelines for Month-End Close, Forecast, Reporting, and Pre-MEC activities. Manage accruals for delivered services and ensure accurate booking to maintain financial integrity.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with budget owners to scrutinize spends, challenge overspends, and propose actionable savings recommendations. Present financials with meaningful insights in large leadership forums.

Process Optimization

Support standardization and optimization initiatives alongside fellow OPEX Managers. Identify opportunities to improve team ways of working and partner with US-based FP&A teams for precise P&L reporting and process adherence.

Business Partnering

Develop deep understanding of global functions' financial objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with budget owners, function heads, and ICC C&B teams to foster a true business partner dynamic.

Transformation and Reporting

Champion PepsiCo's transformation agenda through enhanced planning, forecasting, and reporting. Provide periodic financial updates to budget owners, investigating variances against plans and forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with a strong preference for a Master’s degree. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant finance experience, particularly in FP&A, forecasting, and planning cycles.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations is essential. Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is highly preferred, along with the ability to adapt to in-house software quickly.
