Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, FP&A Operations role is pivotal in supporting CrowdStrike's rapid global growth. Based in our Pune, India office, you'll lead the India FP&A Operations Shared Services Center (SSC) team, reporting to the VP, Global Business Services in India and indirectly to the VP, FP&A Operations in the US. This full-time, work-from-office position (shift: 5:00pm to 2:00am IST) involves managing monthly close, forecast processes, annual operating plans, and strategic financial analysis. Partner with business leaders to set budgets, deliver variance analysis, and leverage tools like Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Coupa, Snowflake, and Tableau for scalable finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you'll drive operational excellence in FP&A. Key responsibilities include:

• Hiring, training, managing, and developing a high-performing team of FP&A Operations SSC analysts.
• Collaborating closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure quality and timeliness in monthly financial close and reporting.
• Supporting preparation and presentation of monthly variance analysis packages for management teams.
• Analyzing trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) across costs, headcount, and other metrics, highlighting variances and root causes.
• Reviewing purchase requisitions against cost center budgets and actively participating in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Driving continuous improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, including US GAAP.
• Prior experience managing teams with a strong focus on development.
• Proven project management experience.

Bonus Points: Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) for a publicly traded multinational, hyper-growth SaaS company; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Coupa, Snowflake, Tableau, or ServiceNow; prior SaaS industry exposure.
