Role Overview

The Sr Manager, IT Business Analysis position, focused on Value & Access Capability Lead, is a pivotal leadership role within Gilead's IT organization. Reporting to the Value & Access IT Director, this role serves as the technical lead for the US Value & Access team. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Market Access Operations, US Commercial Legal, Internal Audit, IT Vendor Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Finance. Deeply understand business processes, objectives, drivers, and regulatory landscapes to develop comprehensive project plans covering technical, process, training, and support aspects. Select optimal solutions and third-party partners, leveraging Gilead's existing IT toolset to maximize ROI. Drive alignment of the IT portfolio with innovation initiatives, negotiate between business and IT for pragmatic solutions, and own technical project execution to realize benefits and resolve issues promptly. Oversee resource allocation, deploy solutions on time and within budget, and ensure high-quality delivery.
