The Sr Manager Market Access (m/f/d) in Biostatistics/Epidemiology - Cell Therapy & Oncology position in Munich, Germany, is a strategic role within Gilead's Market Access team. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and support AMNOG process preparations, including early advice meetings, value dossier development, and oral hearings.
• Conduct pricing exercises and contribute to negotiations with GKV-SV for optimal reimbursement.
• Provide critical biostatistical input into clinical development to ensure launch readiness and reimbursement alignment.
• Design, conduct, and publish HEOR studies, leveraging real-world data (RWD) to demonstrate product value.
• Perform pricing analysis, modelling, and maintain price databases.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and global HEOR teams to shape strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

• A Master’s degree in Biostatistics with deep Market Access knowledge.
• At least 3 years of experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare, specializing in Market Access.
• Outstanding command of G-BA and IQWiG-defined statistical methods.
• Strong grasp of German healthcare systems and AMNOG processes; international archetypes a plus.
• HEOR expertise, including study design, modelling, and RWD analysis.
• Proven project leadership, team collaboration, analytical prowess, and excellent German/English communication skills.
