Role Overview

Team Leadership and Development

Strategic Partnership and Planning

Direct Sourcing and Engagement

Excel in directing hard-to-find niche candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networks, and creative outreach. Compose compelling email campaigns highlighting CrowdStrike’s technical challenges and vibrant culture. Ensure outstanding candidate experiences via meticulous ATS documentation and urgent, detail-oriented execution.

Assessment and Collaboration

Identify diverse, high-caliber candidate pools. Liaise with recruiters and managers to grasp technical requirements, fostering seamless hiring for Product Engineering roles.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. You need 10+ years managing recruiters/sourcers, including 5+ years leading technical teams, and 10+ years sourcing engineering talent in dynamic environments. Demonstrate a track record in high-volume, technical recruiting with exceptional sourcing creativity, communication, and process optimization skills.
