CrowdStrike seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Product Engineering (Remote, Ireland) to spearhead EMEA Engineering recruitment with a focus on Product Engineering. This pivotal player/coach/lead role partners with business and talent leaders to attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical talent. Managing a distributed EMEA team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering TA peers and hiring managers. Ensure outstanding candidate experiences via meticulous ATS documentation and urgent, detail-oriented execution.
Identify diverse, high-caliber candidate pools. Liaise with recruiters and managers to grasp technical requirements, fostering seamless hiring for Product Engineering roles.
To succeed, bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. You need 10+ years managing recruiters/sourcers, including 5+ years leading technical teams, and 10+ years sourcing engineering talent in dynamic environments. Demonstrate a track record in high-volume, technical recruiting with exceptional sourcing creativity, communication, and process optimization skills. Remote-first demands strong virtual collaboration across global time zones.
