  • Translate requirements into specs, verification plans, and acceptance criteria with Power Electronics, EE, FW, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Service teams.
  • Drive DFM/DFA optimizations balancing cost, weight, and thermal performance; select materials for high-power electromechanical assemblies like die casting and extrusion.
  • Own verification and validation through bench testing, thermal cycling, vibration, ingress, and durability trials; iterate to production readiness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on feasibility, tooling, and quality; resolve issues with data-driven problem-solving.
  • Mentor juniors and document analyses, tests, and decisions; lead cross-functional design reviews.
  • Push boundaries in EV charging innovation for reliable, high-performance systems.
