Role Overview

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with ten years of relevant experience, a Master's Degree with eight years, or a PhD with two years. Preferred qualifications include an advanced medical, scientific, or clinical degree such as MD, DO, PharmD, or equivalent. Success in this role requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, deep knowledge of complex scientific data in HIV, and awareness of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel. Organizational prowess, commitment to continuing education, and the ability to anticipate and resolve field challenges collaboratively are critical. Experience in biopharma, particularly Medical Affairs, is highly valued.
