Key Responsibilities at Rivian

As a Sr. Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (HVAC), your impact will be immediate and essential. Here's what you'll do daily:

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), VAV boxes, chillers, cooling towers, and related systems with precision.
• Troubleshoot BAS alarms, control issues, and irregularities to minimize downtime.
• Replace components like compressors, motors, pumps, bearings independently.
• Perform refrigeration maintenance including soldering, brazing, charging, and wiring.
• Conduct root cause analysis on HVAC performance issues and drive long-term fixes.
• Execute preventive maintenance per the master PM calendar, replacing filters, belts, and cleaning systems.
• Respond to hot calls for facility comfort issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate Building Automation Systems (BAS) to trend data, adjust parameters, and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain documentation in SAP/Ranger, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, OSHA, EPA standards.
• Support continuous improvement through 5S standards, CI activities, and team leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
