Training Operations Mastery

Oversee all student enrollment, cancellations, rescheduling, and communications to guarantee smooth progression through CrowdStrike University. Create and maintain a comprehensive global yearly schedule of instructor-led classes, analyzing fill rates, cancellations, and frequencies to deliver data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Strategic Communication and Forecasting

Own the customer communication strategy, ensuring timely consumption of training investments. Lead scheduling meetings with leadership, forecast future classes based on historical demand, and collaborate across teams on process improvements. Maintain policies, interview learners, and serve as a vital liaison for the training team.

A four-year degree in Business Management or a related field is required, paired with 4-6 years of experience in customer service and operations.
