- Deep knowledge of power semiconductors (SiC, GaN, Silicon) and characteristics.
- Strong inverter/converter design including gate drivers.
- Experience with Spice, PLECS, Mathcad, Ansys, Matlab and FEA tools like Ansys Maxwell/Q3D.
- PCB layout proficiency using Altium.
- EMC requirements, safety certification exposure.
