Role Overview

The Sr PRC Specialist position at Gilead Sciences in Foster City, California, is a pivotal role within PRC Operations. • Handling PRC meeting management, from agenda planning and calendar coordination to facilitating live discussions and capturing consensus outcomes, including expedite reviews.
• Overseeing and tracking electronic review cycles to meet critical approval timelines.
• Supporting escalation and alignment processes across teams.
• Delivering training to Agencies, Business Owners, and Reviewers on PRC processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborating on planning and execution for product launches, new indications, and label updates.
• Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for PRC process and system-related inquiries.
• Driving the use of PRC master planning to enhance efficiency.
