The Sr. Preseller position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo’s KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sr. Preseller, you will follow standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency across KSA operations while providing critical market insights to uncover new sales opportunities. Daily debriefings with supervisors and participation in training courses will enhance your professionalism and service levels in the competitive food and beverage sector.
In this hands-on sales role, you will be the frontline ambassador for PepsiCo’s renowned brands. Core duties include selling the full product range to an assigned customer list, hitting agreed sales targets, and keeping stale levels below supervisor-set benchmarks. You’ll execute approved service levels, adhering to call frequencies and daily route plans verified in debriefings.
Vehicle maintenance is key: perform daily and weekly checks, keep your sales vehicle clean and roadworthy, and report defects immediately. Ensure timely supply of ready-to-ship orders with full delivery details, maintain optimal customer stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks, and implement supervisor-approved in-store merchandising—coordinating with merchandisers as needed.
Stay vigilant on competitor activities and report them promptly. Handle daily reconciliations of cheques, cash, and credit sales with precision. Uphold professional grooming, safe driving standards, and compliance with regulations. Performance is tracked via strict KPIs, with consistent underperformance leading to disciplinary measures.
To excel as Sr. Preseller at PepsiCo, candidates need a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) paired with 1-3 years of experience in sales and account building.
