Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the full product range to an assigned customer list, hitting agreed sales targets while keeping stales below supervisor-set limits.
  • Deliver approved service levels via scheduled call frequencies and daily route plans, reviewed in daily debriefs.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining cleanliness and roadworthiness, reporting issues promptly.
  • Prepare and supply ready-to-ship orders on time, including delivery details, to optimize customer stock and prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Implement supervisor-approved in-store merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Reconcile daily cheques, cash, and credit sales accurately.
  • Maintain professional grooming, high driving standards, and regulatory compliance.
