Role Overview

The Sr. Preseller position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo’s KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, achieving distribution targets, minimizing stales, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sr. Preseller, you’ll operate from a pre-sell model, ensuring continuity of standards across KSA while providing critical market insights to uncover sales opportunities. This role demands professionalism, daily supervisor debriefs, and adherence to operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Preseller drives PepsiCo’s success in the field through hands-on sales execution and customer management. Core duties include:

  • Selling the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed customer list, measured against targets while keeping stales below agreed levels.
  • Delivering supervisor-approved service levels via structured call frequencies and daily route plans, reviewed in debrief sessions.
  • Conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining cleanliness and roadworthiness, and reporting defects promptly.
  • Supplying ready-to-ship orders on time, managing delivery arrangements, and maintaining optimal customer stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Implementing agreed in-store merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed, and advising on competitor activities.
  • Reconciling daily cheques, cash, and credit sales, while upholding high grooming, driving, and regulatory standards.

Performance is tracked via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with consistent delivery essential for success.
