As a Sr. Preseller in Riyadh, you’ll be a vital part of the KSA sales team, focused on maximizing sales volume, achieving distribution targets, minimizing stales, and upholding merchandising standards. This full-time role demands high customer service, account receivable collection, and market intelligence sharing with supervisors. You’ll follow standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency across KSA operations while attending training to elevate your professionalism.
Daily responsibilities include selling the full product range to assigned customers, executing route plans, maintaining vehicle standards, and reconciling sales. Success is measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on sales targets, stale minimization, and customer satisfaction. Achieve agreed sales targets by selling PepsiCo’s full portfolio to your customer list. Minimize stales below supervisor-set thresholds and supply ready-to-ship orders on time, including delivery details.
Deliver approved service levels with precise call frequencies and daily route adherence. Maintain optimal customer stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks, reviewed in daily debriefings.
Implement supervisor-approved in-store merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed. Report competitor activities promptly to uncover sales opportunities.
Conduct daily/weekly vehicle checks, keep vehicles clean and roadworthy, and report defects immediately. Reconcile cheques, cash, and credit sales daily while maintaining professional grooming and safe driving.
To excel as Sr. Preseller, candidates need a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of sales and account-building experience. Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, conflict management, sales planning, and basic accounting.
