Role Overview

As Sr. Program Manager, Engineering - Counter Adversary Operations (Hybrid, Bucharest, Romania), you'll support the groundbreaking Counter Adversary Operations team. This first-of-its-kind team combines CrowdStrike Falcon® Intelligence and Falcon OverWatch™ threat hunting to disrupt adversaries and raise their cost of operations. Leveraging trillions of telemetry events from the Falcon platform, we detect, disrupt, and stop threats effectively. In this role, you'll drive roadmaps, manage complex engineering projects, and collaborate across Engineering Developers, Product Managers, and leadership in Europe and the US.   • Proactively track project status, ensure priorities are met, and resolve critical issues with escalation as needed.
  • Lead Scrum meetings, manage action items, and handle daily/weekly status reporting.
  • Flexibly coordinate across timezones and travel locally/internationally several times per quarter.

  • 10+ years in program/project management for software development.
  • Proficiency in Jira for queries, ticket creation, board setup, and facilitation.

  • Ownership of programs/portfolios, including scoping, milestone planning, and execution.
