Role Overview

As a Sr. Program Manager - Engineering, Detection Content (Hybrid) in Arlington, Virginia, you'll directly support the Detection Content Platform Group. This team's mission is to evolve detection and prevention methods for the world-class Falcon Host product, ensuring coverage of the latest threats and delivering actionable intelligence to customers. Your role focuses on driving scheduling, scoping, and execution of projects, partnering with Engineering Developers, Product Managers, and Dev Managers for roadmap delivery. Expect close collaboration across functional teams and geo-locations in Israel, Europe, and the United States, managing dependencies, identifying issues, and ensuring resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll partner and facilitate with teams at all levels—from hands-on work with developers to executive summations. Key duties include:

  • Creating and driving project schedules, task assignments, and progress tracking from large phases to detailed tasks, managing dependencies across Product and Platform Groups.
  • Collaborating with worldwide business units, including subject matter experts, product management, design, and technology teams, to define project involvement, goals, expectations, and tasks.
  • Proactively tracking project status, ensuring schedules and priorities align with content business goals like efficacy, adversarial disruption, threat coverage, high-quality resilient content, and customer response.
  • Identifying, tracking, and escalating critical issues; managing daily/weekly communication and status reporting.
  • Triaging inbound requests, coordinating operational escalations, leading Scrum meetings, and following up on action items.
  • Flexibly working across timezones to coordinate and advance work.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in Jira for query/ticket creation, board creation, and facilitation.
  • 10+ years in program/project management for software development, with exposure to large-scale platforms and complex inter-dependent technologies.
  • Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies like Agile/Scrum; Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
  • Experience owning programs/portfolios, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and supporting technical teams.
