The Sr. Route Salesman position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service. Operating from Jeddah, you'll follow standardized procedures to ensure consistency across KSA operations. As Sr. Route Salesman, your core duties include:
Performance is tracked via KPIs like sales vs. plan, positive calls, call sequence, stales, and zero shortages. Consistent underperformance may lead to disciplinary action.
Expect a structured day starting with vehicle checks, route planning, customer visits, merchandising, and ending with debriefs and reconciliations. This hands-on role ensures PepsiCo's products shine on shelves across Jeddah.

Prior route sales experience in food & beverage is highly desirable. Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
