Follow approved call frequencies and route plans to ensure high customer satisfaction. Visit customers as per schedule, reviewed daily with your supervisor, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks.
Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks, keeping your sales vehicle clean and roadworthy. Report defects immediately and agree on order requirements for the next period to support seamless operations.
Implement supervisor-approved in-store merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed. Provide daily market updates, including competitor activities, during debriefings. Reconcile all cash, cheques, and credit sales with zero shortages.
Maintain neat grooming, high driving standards, and compliance with regulations. Performance is measured via KPIs like sales vs. plan, call sequence, and zero shortages.
To succeed as Sr. Route Salesman, you need strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic, and solid interpersonal abilities.
