Role Overview

As a Sr. Sales Engineer, AI Security for Central Europe (Remote, Germany), you will be at the forefront of CrowdStrike's AI security revolution. This role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating how the Falcon platform secures AI deployments against emerging threats like prompt injection and data poisoning. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with sales teams and customers across time zones, delivering demos, supporting proofs-of-concept, and documenting innovative use cases. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, showcasing AI monitoring and security capabilities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and resolve technical queries in early customer engagements.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they achieve measurable value with CrowdStrike solutions.
• Document customer use cases, contributing to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you need 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, paired with specialized knowledge in AI and security.

AI & LLM Knowledge

Demonstrate understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, vendors, business use cases, training methods, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, agents, agentic AI, and tool usage.

AI Security Knowledge

Possess deep expertise in prompt injection, PII leakage, data/model poisoning, model tampering, extraction, supply chain risks, and mitigation best practices. Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks is essential.

Cloud & DevOps Knowledge

Be comfortable with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, Docker, secret management, IAM policies, storage, and networking.

Programming & API Integration

Script integrations with REST APIs using Python, Node.js, or similar; explain request shaping, authentication, and error handling.

Communication Skills

Excel at simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences, conducting demos, and crafting architecture proposals. Bonus for sales engineering, professional services, or remote team experience.
