As a Sr. Sales Engineer, AI Security - META (Remote) in the United Arab Emirates, you'll join the forefront of cybersecurity innovation following our acquisition of Pangea. This role expands CrowdStrike's mission to secure AI agents, models, workloads, and workforces through powerful AIDR solutions. We're seeking trailblazers with hands-on experience in AI security to act as trusted technical advisors. In our remote-first environment, you'll demonstrate how the Falcon platform monitors and secures AI, support sales cycles, and collaborate globally. This full-time position offers the perfect blend of challenging work, flexibility, and impact in a diverse, compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive customer success by showcasing CrowdStrike's AI security capabilities. Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and addressing technical questions in early engagements. You'll support proof-of-concept projects to ensure customers realize measurable value from our Falcon platform. Additionally, document innovative use cases for blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation. Collaborate with a global team, flexing hours across time zones in our remote-first setup to prioritize customer needs.

Technical Advisory and Demos

Guide prospects through AI security solutions, explaining prompt injection mitigations, PII leakage prevention, and model tampering defenses using real-world demos.

Proof-of-Concept Support

Hands-on assistance to deploy and validate Falcon's AIDR features, proving ROI in securing LLMs and agents.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, you need 5+ years in enterprise software solutions with deep AI and cybersecurity expertise. Essential: understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, vendors, use cases, training, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, and agentic AI. AI security knowledge is critical—mastery of prompt injection (overriding system prompts to extract data), PII leakage, data/model poisoning, tampering, extraction, supply chain risks, and mitigations. Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks is key.

Cloud & DevOps: Comfort with AWS, Azure, GCP; Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, Docker, secret management, IAM policies, storage, and ingress. Programming: APIs, HTTP, token auth; scripting in Python/Node.js with request shaping and error handling. Strong communication to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences, plus demo and proposal skills. Bonus: Sales engineering background, remote work success, and customer compassion.
