RESUME AND JOB
CrowdStrike
CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, protecting the people, processes, and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission has remained unwavering: to stop breaches. We've redefined modern security with the world's most advanced AI-native platform, the Falcon platform, processing nearly 3 trillion events per day—a volume that continues to grow. Our customers across all industries rely on us to keep their businesses running, communities safe, and lives moving forward. As a mission-driven company, we foster a remote-first culture that empowers every CrowdStriker with flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We're passionate about innovation, customer commitment, and community impact.
As a Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Application Analysis (Hybrid, ISR) at CrowdStrike's Israeli R&D center in Tel Aviv, you'll power our automatic reverse engineering engine. This cutting-edge system leverages advanced techniques like static analysis, dynamic analysis, and data flow analysis to comprehend software code at scale. You'll develop and integrate this engine into the Falcon platform, creating high-performance cloud services and data pipelines that handle billions of customer requests daily. Working hybrid in Tel Aviv (Museum), you'll tackle massive-scale distributed systems challenges using a modern tech stack including Go, Kubernetes, Kafka, S3, Postgres, and Redis. Own your code end-to-end—from planning and development to testing, rollout, and scaling—while collaborating with elite cybersecurity developers and algorithm teams.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure that supports automatic reverse engineering, ensuring it processes billions of requests with reliability and speed.
Drive complex initiatives from ideation to production, making pivotal technical and architectural decisions for systems handling millions of events per day or TB+ data volumes.
Seamlessly embed code analysis capabilities into the Falcon platform, enhancing cybersecurity for global customers.
Partner with experienced teams on code reviews, technical leadership, and solving distributed systems puzzles in a diverse tech stack.
Manage full lifecycle ownership, from development to deployment and ongoing optimization at massive scale.
To thrive in this role, you'll need 5+ years of backend engineering experience and strong proficiency in high-level languages like Go (preferred), Python, or Java. Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms is essential, alongside a deep understanding of distributed data systems such as Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and S3. Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills are key, including code reviews and technical leadership. Bonus points for experience with high-scale systems (millions of events/day or TB+ data), Linux/OS internals, and knowledge of cybersecurity practices. This hybrid position is ideal for Israel-based candidates passionate about innovation.
CrowdStrike offers market-leading compensation with equity awards and salary estimates reflecting top-tier cybersecurity rates in Israel (with a 5-10% buffer for upside). Enjoy comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs, competitive vacation, holidays, paid parental and adoption leaves. Access professional development for all levels, employee networks, volunteer opportunities, and a vibrant office culture with world-class amenities. Certified as a Great Place to Work™ globally, we prioritize belonging and equal opportunity.
At CrowdStrike, career ownership is core to our remote-first culture. You'll gain exposure to large-scale distributed systems, AI-native cybersecurity, and global impact. With limitless passion and relentless innovation, advance through technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team projects. Our Israeli R&D center offers collaboration with top talent, fueling rapid growth in a high-stakes field.
Join a mission that matters: stopping breaches with the Falcon platform. Work on petabyte-scale data, trillion-event processing, and groundbreaking code analysis. Our hybrid Tel Aviv role combines autonomy, flexibility, and community in a premium environment. Be part of a fanatically customer-focused team redefining cybersecurity. The future starts with you—apply to shape it.
