• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post-mortems, and team technical skill development.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, bring these essential qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Skill at finding simply elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to move fast, handle ambiguity, and lead cross-team collaboration.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verbally.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and passion for developing teams.
