5+ years in backend and systems programming with languages like Go, Python, NodeJS, Java, or C#. Deep internal knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Proven design of distributed systems, microservices, and event-based architectures for runtime at scale. Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalents.
Demonstrate ownership, responsibility, professionalism, quick independent learning, and strong interpersonal skills. Bonus for open-source contributions, prior Go/AWS/Cassandra/Redis/Kafka/Elasticsearch exposure, cybersecurity experience, or AI-powered tools.
