This hybrid role in Sunnyvale, California, demands expertise in cloud engineering, microservices, custom APIs, and high-scale event processing with Kafka. Your focus on performance, reliability, and scalability will drive success in one of CrowdStrike's most heavily used products.
Build highly fault-tolerant Golang microservices to enhance Fusion and its ecosystem, adding critical features for orchestration and workflows.
Support ultra-high volume Kafka event pipelines handling customer workflows, processing trillions of events daily in our distributed systems.

Contribute to platform-level initiatives and projects across teams, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
Troubleshoot critical production issues, implement robust solutions, and maintain ultra-reliable systems at petabyte scale.
Bring 7+ years (average 10-15) of applicable technical experience, including 4+ years building event-driven, microservices-oriented architectures. Demonstrate proven expertise in backend languages like Go, Scala, Java, Node.js, or Python.
Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, and streaming platforms at scale. Production experience with commercial clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SQL/No-SQL databases is essential. Experience building streaming platforms processing over a trillion events daily is highly valued.
Hold a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. Bonus for Golang experience, cybersecurity background, open-source contributions (GitHub, Stack Overflow, blogging), or Master's degree.
CrowdStrike offers market-leading compensation ($140,000-$215,000 USD base, plus equity) and comprehensive benefits. Enjoy physical and mental wellness programs, competitive vacation/holidays, paid parental/adoption leaves, and professional development for all. Build connections via Employee Networks, volunteer opportunities, and vibrant office culture with world-class amenities. Certified Great Place to Work globally, we prioritize equal opportunity, supporting veterans and disabilities through affirmative action.
Thrive in a remote-first culture where autonomy fuels growth. Access endless professional development, cross-team projects, and innovation in cybersecurity. Average engineer tenure reflects 10-15 years of experience—join a team investing in your limitless potential.
