Become a key leader in developing the most innovative endpoint security solution at CrowdStrike. This Sr. Software Engineer role on the Sensor, Identity Protection team (Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel) focuses on building the endpoint sensor deployed across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. You'll own major components and projects, architecting solutions that span core OS subsystems like file systems, memory, processes, and networking. Join the Identity Protection team to deliver detection and prevention of identity-related incidents using the Falcon sensor and cloud infrastructure. Help establish CrowdStrike's Israeli R&D center while implementing next-generation technology for Active Directory servers. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior engineers on high-performance, lightweight sensors that set the standard in cybersecurity.
Build efficient, lightweight sensors optimized for Active Directory servers, ensuring maximal performance and minimal resource costs. Implement features with shared components across multiple platforms for scalability.
Take ownership of major development projects, architecting solutions that integrate seamlessly with file systems, memory management, processes, and networking subsystems. Lead efficiently while upholding rigorous standards.
Drive high standards in design, coding quality, unit testing, and component testing. Debug complex issues like memory corruptions, process contentions, and system performance bottlenecks.
Participate in delivering world-leading Identity Protection technology, focusing on detection and prevention of identity incidents in organizational networks via the Falcon platform.
To excel in this role, you'll need programming proficiency in C++ and 7+ years of industry experience building high-performance software products. A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline is required. Proven ability to debug memory corruptions, process contentions, and system performance issues is essential. Thrive in a collaborative environment with senior engineers in a fast-paced setting. Bonus points for experience in networking technologies, cybersecurity, or Windows internals.
