Role Overview

The Sr. Specialist, Store Trainer Central NA is a key business partner to NA retail store districts, driving training excellence in Nike’s fast-paced retail environment. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Stores Training, you’ll work cross-functionally with district and territory partners, focusing on Nike’s Sport Offense strategy. This role involves weekly travel to 1-3 store districts, ensuring each store receives at least one visit per fiscal quarter. You’ll create inclusive training environments grounded in trust, teamwork, and strategic impact, empowering store teams to win and serve every athlete*.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training expertise for 1-3 districts, supporting 15-20 stores with quarterly visits.
• Collaborate closely with Retail District Directors, providing transparent communication on challenges, goals, and training accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in retail training, learning & development, or store leadership; athletic/lifestyle brand experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple districts and priorities.
• Proficiency with digital tools and LMS; fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to travel 15-50% domestically, including overnights/weekends.
• Flexible, positive attitude and passion for sports, fitness, and Nike.
