The Sr. Specialist, Store Trainer role at Nike in Wrentham, Massachusetts, is a pivotal position within the Northeast NA retail district. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Stores Training, you’ll partner with district and territory leaders to deliver world-class in-store training. As a Sr. Specialist, Store Trainer, you’ll be a change agent and mentor, empowering store teams to deliver unparalleled Nike service. Your core duties include:

A Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required (or equivalent experience). You bring 2+ years in retail training, learning & development, or store leadership, with athletic or lifestyle brand experience as a plus.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Proficiency with digital learning tools and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred. You must be self-aware, adaptable, and skilled in strategic thinking while managing multiple locations.
A valid U.S. driver’s license is mandatory. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Expect regular domestic travel (30-50% for stores, 15-20% for events), including overnights and weekends. Relocation is not offered.
