Key Responsibilities

• Preparing RFx initiatives, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders via Gilead's ERP systems.
• Expediting orders, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving invoice payment issues.
• Onboarding new suppliers, requesting market documentation, and compiling performance reports.
• Supporting internal users with ERP troubleshooting and ensuring smooth Purchase to Pay processes.
• Purchasing machinery, chemicals, raw materials, and services while meeting inventory goals and timelines.

• Maintaining compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) standards and contributing to SOPs, CAPAs, and investigations.
