Role Overview

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM in Barcelona, Spain. This hybrid role (remote with 1-2 days in the Barcelona office) is perfect for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You'll deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, acting as an advisor to hiring managers and the first point of contact for top talent. Running the full lifecycle recruitment—from intakes and sourcing to prescreening and offer negotiation—you'll make a high-impact, high-visibility contribution to our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, including Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Systems Engineers, and more. Key duties include:

• Proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates across diverse roles using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interview coordination, prescreening, and offer negotiation.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality talent.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams like HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Leveraging channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to build applicant pipelines.
• Providing personalized, high-touch candidate experiences while ensuring compliance with all hiring policies and legislation.
• Tracking and reporting on candidate activity using tools like Google Sheets and Workday.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll need:

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or SaaS corporation, with essential experience supporting sales roles in Cybersecurity or SaaS (e.g., Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, SEs, GTM units).
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• System savvy with cloud tools like Workday, Google Drive, Excel/Google Sheets, and Box.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for activity tracking (filters, sorts, tables, basic functions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This role requires occasional presence in our Barcelona office for stakeholder engagement, blending remote-first flexibility with collaborative in-person interaction.
