  • Open new A&B stores to expand PepsiCo's sales footprint in Qingyuan and surrounding areas.
  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance, securing AU support for steady improvements.
  • Coach market developers (MD) through one-on-one feedback and conduct effective weekly team meetings to boost performance.
