Maintain 'Gold Merchandising Standard' (GMS) compliance across your territory, elevating execution quality in every outlet.
Identify potential accounts suitable for direct service from distribution centers (DC) and discuss opportunities with area units (AU). Proactively open new A&B stores to broaden PepsiCo's sales footprint, escalating any key account execution issues for swift resolution and support.
Work hands-on with market development (MD) representatives and frontline merchandisers, providing one-on-one feedback to boost performance. Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals, share insights, and drive continuous improvement in execution.
To succeed as Sr. TDS at PepsiCo, candidates need 3-5 years of proven sales experience, including time in the FMCG industry. You should have a track record in both developing new business/turnarounds and managing stable large accounts. A college degree or above is required, along with strong negotiation and professional selling skills. Proficiency in sales planning, time management, and data analysis is essential, with preference for those demonstrating robust execution, team collaboration, passion, quick learning, Mandarin fluency (English a plus), and solid Microsoft Office skills.
