Role Overview

This full-time 2nd shift position (Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-11:00PM) offers competitive pay from $23.50 to $36.31 per hour, including shift differential. Reporting to facilities leadership, you'll handle advanced maintenance for production equipment, HVAC systems, electrical installations, and facility infrastructure. Ideal for skilled technicians with 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, this role demands precision in a regulated medical manufacturing setting. Work with limited supervision on moderately complex tasks, providing guidance to junior team members while adhering to ISO 13485, GMP, and OSHA protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily impact will span mechanical, electrical, and structural maintenance to keep production running smoothly:

  • Install, connect, and calibrate motors, compressors, control units, fans, evaporators, and HVAC components.
  • Fabricate metal structures and equipment; install ducts, pipes, valves, filters, and plumbing based on blueprints and specifications.
  • Construct, repair, paint, and maintain exterior structures including walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, and doors.
  • Set up thermostat, pressure, and refrigerant controls; connect units to electrical sources safely.
  • Perform preventive maintenance: disassemble, clean, replace worn parts and filters; manage equipment spare parts inventory.
  • Design and size ductwork, rooftop air units; assist with HVAC control systems and facility water treatment.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain safety and fire equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, power drills, and cutting tools.
  • Champion EH&S: participate in root cause analysis, inspections, training, and report hazards; comply with all federal regulations.
  • Follow GMP, ISO standards; work overtime as needed and handle other duties.

Qualifications & Requirements
