Role Overview

The Sr. Tech Quality Control position at Cardinal Health's La Vergne, TN Pack facility is an onsite, full-time role perfect for experienced professionals passionate about maintaining excellence in healthcare product quality. You'll work Monday through Thursday on either the 11:00am-9:30pm shift or 3:30pm-2:00am shift, with potential overtime and weekends based on business needs. Key Responsibilities

In this critical position, you'll be the frontline guardian of product integrity. Responsibilities include performing visual and functional inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products/components/packaging to verify conformance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards. You'll make initial conformance decisions, audit quality per company policies and customer specs, and document findings while monitoring corrective actions. Expect to complete GMP training, follow strict documentation and gowning protocols, and observe sanitary practices. Additional duties involve examining production data trends, recommending continuous improvements for methods and equipment, and partnering with plant management to boost customer satisfaction and compliance. You'll use various gauges, instruments, and devices, with flexibility for miscellaneous tasks and shift work.
