Role Overview

The Sr. Tech Quality Control position at Cardinal Health's La Vergne, TN Pack facility is a pivotal role in maintaining product integrity within our healthcare manufacturing operations.   • Document and report inspection findings, results, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Complete mandatory GMP training, issue resolution, and task-specific programs while adhering to documentation practices and proper gowning techniques.
  • Observe and guide sanitary practice compliance throughout the facility.
  • Examine and interpret production data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with plant operations management to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, compliance, and processes.
  • Operate a variety of gauges, instruments, and inspection devices proficiently.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
