As a Sr. Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the primary technical contact, augmenting support teams and onboarding new clients to CrowdStrike’s cutting-edge platforms. Conduct proactive periodic health checks, deliver product training, and develop best practices to drive customer success. Serve as a fierce customer advocate, documenting feedback for internal stakeholders and engaging across organizational levels—from SOC frontlines to C-suite executives. Research issues swiftly, provide recommendations and action plans, escalate when needed, and lead cross-functional resolutions. Leverage internal expertise, create reusable knowledge base content, and participate in team communications on emerging technologies. Identify renewal risks, collaborate on remediations, support sales expansions, and ensure timely case resolutions.

To excel, hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with hands-on work in Windows Server Operating Systems. Demonstrate knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructures. Essential skills include excellent customer service to build instant technical credibility, superior written and verbal communication, proven problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required, alongside unwavering commitment to customer success. Bonus qualifications: Computer Science degree, CISSP or ITIL certifications, 3+ years in SaaS customer success/support/technical account management, Linux/Mac expertise, Python scripting, and REST API experience.
