  • Coach frontline sales staff (merchandisers) through market visits, one-on-one feedback, and effective weekly team meetings to boost execution quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you need a proven track record in sales, particularly in FMCG:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with part in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business/turnarounds and manage stable large accounts.
  • College degree or above.
