Actively open new A&B stores to broaden PepsiCo's footprint and escalate execution issues for swift resolution.
Partner with market development (MD) teams to provide hands-on coaching and one-on-one feedback to frontline merchandisers. Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals, share insights, and drive performance improvements. Your leadership will elevate execution quality and foster a high-performing sales culture.
To succeed in this role, candidates need 3-5 years of proven sales experience, including time in the FMCG industry. Experience in both developing new business/turnarounds and managing stable large accounts is essential. A college degree or above is required, along with strong negotiation and professional selling skills. Proficiency in sales planning, time management, and data analysis is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong execution, teamwork, passion, and quick learning abilities. Mandarin is mandatory; English capability is a plus. Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, are necessary.
