Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Basic: 6+ years experience with BS/BA degree or 4+ years with MS/MA in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
  • Preferred: Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience with BS/BA or equivalent; prior product launch experience; oncology therapy background, especially breast cancer; valid driver's license.
  • Superior selling skills in competitive markets, strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, aptitude for scientific product information, and proven account planning expertise.
  • Self-motivated with autonomy, familiarity with industry trends, and ability to influence internally and externally, particularly with oncology KOLs.
