  • Proactively monitor system health, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot complex issues across platforms.
  • Provide expert user support, training, and collaborate with teams/vendors for swift resolutions.
  • Spearhead data migrations (e.g., from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace) and integrations with enterprise systems using APIs.
  • Optimize usage through Google Apps Script automations, reporting on performance, and license management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years in enterprise collaboration platform management, with deep Google Workspace knowledge.
  • Proven experience supporting M&A activities in IT environments.
  • Strong IAM skills (SSO, MFA) and cybersecurity/compliance frameworks.
