• Act as a proactive SRE support engineer, diagnosing anomalies before user impact and remediating via automation in cloud-based full-stack environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8-11 years of experience evolving into SRE, with 3-5 years transforming IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven SRE expertise in designing diagnostics, performance measures, and alerts to meet SLA/SLO/SLIs.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL), monitoring tools (AppDynamics, ELK Stack, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace), Kafka, and SRE Ops toolsets.
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge for distributed environments (Azure/AWS).
• Full-stack proficiency: Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js); Back-end (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, databases); Infrastructure (cloud platforms).
• Quantitative mindset, cross-functional collaboration, pragmatic incident resolution, and ITSM process experience.
• Prior transformation experience shaping SRE solutions is a plus.
