Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years evolving to SRE, with experience transforming IT operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL), AppDynamics, ELK Stack, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kafka, and SRE toolsets.
  • Strong grasp of cloud architecture in distributed environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Full-stack proficiency: Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js); Back-end (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, databases); Infrastructure (cloud platforms).
